Can massage help you lose weight?⁠

Deep tissue massage encourages circulation, which aids in detoxification.

But, the only way we can lose weight, is to use up, or burn more calories than we consume.

Having a massage, or attending the gym twice a week, won’t necessarily help us lose weight, unless our diet is healthy and our calorie intake is balanced (or less than) with our calorie usage.
